"My tailpipe tip fell off a while back and it wasn't a big deal cause it was my off-road vehicle. Until the emissions station wouldn't touch it. It was getting close to the end of the day and I ran over to have these guys put on a new tip that had to be bent and welded to the older pipe. They were fast enough to get me back over for emissions. Quick, no nonsense, friendly."

"I took these guys an unusual case. I was doing a V8 conversion in an MGB, which meant that the exhaust had to work through some really tight places while maintaining enough flow for the big engine and leaving ample ground clearance in a very low car. "I called Scott from by referal with a small emergency repair for a custom weld job to my intake hose around 11am on a friday. He had the car around noon and was done with the repair around 4pm. Even with a full shop of other vehicles he squeezed me in!!Every other shop I called either couldnt do it or wouldnt have it done until the following week. Scott was very friendly and professional. Tammy was just as friendly. Their shop was clean and full of character. Price was fair and consistent with the type of work being performed. I will/would return for future needs."

Scott looked at my truck and figured we could work with some of my original equipment which saved me over $100. he could have easily just did the work we originally agreed upon and charged me full price, but he took customer service as more important than profit.
